- We founded our company in April of 1973 - 45 years ago - so we are firmly established with decades of experience, and not just a "fly-by Night."
- We originated in Bellevue, NE (metro-Omaha)'- so we have been local from the beginning.
- We are licensed in every metro area municipality, and procure the necessary permit for every job ; so no job has ever been shut down by the authorities.
- Each bid is figured by Mr. Bland himself so no middle man commission-paid sales person is ever involved.
- Aside from the phone directories, word-of-mouth is almost our only advertising - so we have no expensive radio or TV 'spots' to pay for, making us a very low-overhead company and that, of course, means savings for you.
- Same basic “cracker-jack” installation crew for the last 17 years, so with referral work you get the same crew your friend had and your other friends get the same crew you had. (Much more important than getting the same company, is getting the same crew.)
- Most installations require only one or two days, so we are in-and-out.
- Our men are neat, clean, and courteous - with no foul language or loud “boom boxes.”
- No up-front money is ever called for. In addition, never is there a “surprise charge” such as for sales or service taxes, weak roof deck sheathing; of anything else; thus, we never bill for more than what the contract provides for.
